From New York City (Manhattan, Long Island, JFK, and LaGuardia airports, SE Westchester county, and Connecticut):

From Queens take the Bronx-Whitestone or Throgg’s Neck Bridge to I-95 North (New England Thruway). From Manhattan take the Triborough Bridge to I-278 in the Bronx (Bruckner Expy.) to I-95 North. Take I-95 North (New England Thruway/Connecticut Turnpike) as far as New Haven, Connecticut. At Exit 48 take I-91 North to Hartford, Connecticut. In Hartford, turn onto US-5/CT-15 North (Exit 29); then go 1.6 miles and turn onto I-84 East. Follow directions below, “From I-84 East.”

From New York—Westchester and Putnam counties (this is also an alternative route from NYC, slightly longer than the above but with less traffic):

Take the Hutchinson River Pkwy North or the Cross-Westchester Expressway (I-287) East to I-684 North to I-84 East (Exit 9E). Follow directions below, “From I-84 East.”

From New Jersey and Rockland County, NY:

Take the Garden State Parkway North to I-87 South/I-287 East (New York State Thruway toward NYC) and cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. After the bridge toll, take the second exit (Exit 8) to continue on I-287 East. Follow it to I-684 North (Exit 9A) to I-84 East (Exit 9E). Follow directions below, “From I-84 East.”

From Upstate New York (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany):

Take I-90 (the New York State Thruway) East to Albany. In Albany, take Exit 24 to continue on I-90 East. Follow I-90 into Massachusetts (toward Boston), where it becomes the Mass Pike. Continue on Mass Pike to Exit 10 (exit for Worcester), to I-290 East. In Worcester, take I-190 North (at Exit 19). Follow directions below, “From Worcester.”

From Boston/ Logan Airport:

Take the Sumner Tunnel out of Logan Airport and follow the signs to I-93 (Fitzgerald Expy) South to I-90 (Mass Turnpike). Take I-90 West to I-495 North (at Exit 11A). Follow directions below, “From I-495 North/Southeastern Mass.”

From the Northeast — Central/Eastern New Hampshire (e.g., Manchester Airport), Maine, NE Mass:

Take I-95 North to I-495 North. Follow directions below, “From I-495 North/ Southeastern Mass.”

From Hartford-Springfield Airport (Bradley International Airport):

Take I-91 North to Springfield, to I-291 (Exit 8) North, to I-90 (Mass Pike). Take I-90 East to I-290 East (at Exit 10). Follow I-290 into Worcester, and turn onto I-190 North (at Exit 19). Follow directions, “From Worcester.”

From I-84 East:

Take I-84 East to its termination at I-90 (Mass Pike); take I-90 East. Continue East on I-90 for one exit to I-290 East (at Exit 10). Follow I-290 into Worcester, and turn onto I-190 North (at Exit 19). Follow directions, “From Worcester.”

From Worcester:

Take I-190 North for about 20 miles; at exit 7 take Route 117 East (right turn). Follow directions, “From Route 117 East.”

From Northwest New England (Vermont, NW Mass, SW New Hampshire):

Take Route 2 East to I-190 South (Exit 33). Go one exit on I-190 to Route 117 (Exit 7). Turn left (east) onto Route 117. Follow directions, “From Route 117 East.”

From I-495 North/Southeast Massachusetts (including Cape Cod):

Take I-495 North to Route 117/Bolton (Exit 27). Take Route 117 West (turn right onto 117). Follow directions below, “From Route 117 West.”

From I-495 South:

At exit 29B take Route 2 West toward Leominster. Follow directions below, “From Route 2 West/ Cambridge-Concord area.”

From Route 2 West/Cambridge-Concord area:

Take Route 2 West to the exit for Route 70/Lancaster (Exit 35). Follow the exit signs onto Route 70 South toward Lancaster (2 left turns). Take Route 70 3.5 miles to the junction with Route 117. Turn right onto 117 (toward Leominster) and go 0.3 miles over a small bridge, then turn left at the next street, Langen Road. Follow directions below, “From Langen Road.”

From Route 117 West:

Continue on Route 117 West through Bolton for about 5 miles to Lancaster, to the junction with Route 70 (Main Street) at a blinking light. Continue straight on Route 117 West/Route 70 North. Two blocks later, Route 70 North turns off to the right; do not turn, but stay straight on Route 117 West toward Leominster for another 0.3 miles, crossing a small bridge, then turn left at the next street, Langen Road. Follow directions below, “From Langen Road.”

From Route 117 East:

Continue East on Route 117 for about 0.6 miles; take the first right onto Brockleman Road (a hidden turn) and continue until it ends. Turn left onto Hilltop Road (unmarked) and continue for approximately 1 mile until it intersects with George Hill Rd., where there is a “Yield” sign. The entrance to the Health Center is on the left (sharp left turn), through the green gates and granite pillars. Follow directions below, “From intersection of George Hill Road and Hilltop Road.”

From Langen Road:

Take Langen Road 1.8 miles until it terminates at George Hill Road, at a “Yield” sign. Turn right onto George Hill and go 0.7 miles to the intersection with Hilltop Road. The entrance to the Health Center is at this intersection on the right, through the green gates and granite pillars. Follow directions below, “From intersection of George Hill Road and Hilltop Road.”

From intersection of George Hill Road and Hilltop Road:

Go through the 14-foot granite pillars at the front gate. Follow the signs to the visitor parking. The road will curve around to the far side (East side) of the main building. You may park temporarily in the circular drive at the East entrance. (Do not try to enter through the green gates at the near side of the house, the old West entrance).
